Staging to Sell Services

• Consultation Service: This service typically requires one to two hours. The service includes a basic review of the goals of staging. I would then conduct a walk through evaluation of the home with the owner and the agent. During the walk through I will discuss each room as well as the exterior of the home and provide staging recommendations. I will also provide the homeowner with a Basic Consultation Packet. This packet includes a Staging Worksheet to be filled out during the evaluation. The packet also includes a Staging Tips sheet for the homeowner to use as a reference as well as discount coupons on goods and services that may be of use to them during the staging process. This Basic Consultation service provides the homeowner with a complete staging review of the entire home and is a great service for the do-it -yourselfer. During the initial consultation the homeowner would also have the opportunity to upgrade their staging services to one of the packages listed below.
  
• Comprehensive Consultation: In addition to the Basic Consultation Service, this service includes follow up with a detailed written report for the homeowner to follow in order to complete the staging of their home. Pictures of the property before and after staging will also be taken and used to market the property on the StagedHomes.com website. This is the leading website resource for the Staging industry and receives millions of hits every month. In addition, following the completion of the staging by the homeowner, I will visit the home for a follow up evaluation and complete any additional items ensuring that the home is staged and ready for market. Rates for this service are determined on an hourly basis and will vary based on the number and size of the rooms included.
• Full Service Staging: This is the most comprehensive service for either occupied or vacant homes. With his service the homeowner is truly provided with full service staging. Stages LLC will complete all the necessary staging and the homeowner will have the peace of mind knowing that their home has been prepared for the market by an Accredited Staging Professional. As with the Comprehensive Consultation we will photograph the property before and after Staging for marketing on the StagedHomes.com website. Fees for this service are determined on an hourly basis and will vary based on the number and size of rooms to be staged and the complexity of the staging required.
• Furniture and/or Accessory Rental: Stages LLC maintains a complete inventory of furniture and accessories to compliment existing pieces or give a vacant home a lived in feel while it is on the market. We offer competitive pricing and monthly rental agreements.
